A saffron-flavoured rice delicacy, mild and easy to digest.
THE CHICKEN: Clean, remove the skin and cut into 8 pieces.
THE RICE: Pick, wash in running water and soak in a handi for 30 minutes. Drain, replenish with fresh water, add salt and half each of the whole garam masala and black cumin, bring to a boil and cook until rice is almost done. Drain.
