I’m sure you’ll know this one already but if, like me, you haven’t made it in years, here’s a reminder.

Ingredients

  • 6 large Bramley apples
  • 100 g unsalted butter, plus extra for greasing

Method

Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F/gas mark 6.
