  • About

This can be stored in the fridge and used in a multitude of ways. As well as the Seville orange marmalade tart, it can be put through custards for flavouring, chopped up and made into ice cream, interleaved through bread and butter pudding or layered through a chocolate tart. The syrupy bit of the marmalade is equally delicious spooned over something quite neutral like a pannacotta.
