The perfect hair of the dog, but I don’t tend to wait for the morning after.
Combine the Bloody Mary ingredients in a jug.
Lay an oyster into a shot glass. Cover with the Bloody Mary mix. Add a splash of sherry, some of the reserved oyster juice and a pinch of celery salt.
Then down in one!
