  • 2 tablespoons finely grated horseradish
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon <

Method

Put the grated horseradish in a bowl. Pour over vinegar. Add egg yolk and beat briskly. Add sugar, salt and pepper. Finally stir in cream.
