  • 2 oz. (60 g.) butter
  • 1 teaspoon powdered cinnamon

Method

Work the cinnamon, paprika and lemon juice into the slightly softened butter. Chill and serve with grilled fish or potatoes in their jackets, or spread it on toast, but in this case do not sprinkle with sugar, as is usual with cinnamon toast, but with a little salt and freshly ground black pepper.
