This is what I generally use myself.


  • 3 tablespoons good Italian olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons wine or tarragon vinegar


Mix all the dry ingredients with the vinegar and lemon juice. Add the oil slowly, beating hard. Or mix all together in a blender.
