The following is a good vegetarian filling but any minced meat, chicken or game mixture is very good.


  • 2 oz. (60 g.) butter
  • 1 onion finely chopped

Melt the butter in a saucepan. Stir in the onion, mushrooms and tomatoes and fry till just cooked. Add the rice or crumbs, seasoning and parsley. Mix well and keep hot.
