  • 4 oz. (120 g.) minced lean ham or 4


One large potato for each person, well scrubbed but not peeled. Make a little hole in each to let out the air. Bake them on the middle shelf of the oven at 400° F., gas mark 6, for about 45 minutes or till soft when pressed.

Take them out and allow to cool enough to handle. Cut in half long ways and scoop out all the inside into a bowl without breaking the skins. Mash the potato in bowl
