This recipe, adapted from one of 1694, makes particularly good, all-purpose pancakes: 4, about 8 inches (20 cm.) in diameter.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. (60 g.) butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 3

Method

Beat the flour, eggs and butter well together. Stir in the milk and beat again, and finally beat in the cream. Cook as in the first recipe.
