  • ¼ pint ( dl.) thick, well-seasoned cheese sauce, hot but not boiling
  • 2 slices


Butter the toast and then pile on the sauce, allowing it to spread outwards. Sprinkle with the grated cheese and put under a hot grill to bubble and brown.
