Cheese Scones

Ingredients

  • ½ lb. (240 g.) sifted flour
  • 2 oz. (60 g.) grated cheese
  • ¼ pint ( dl.) milk
  • a pinch of salt

Method

Mix together the dry ingredients. Form into a dough with the milk, mix well, and cut into rounds. Bake in a hot oven at 425° F., gas mark 7, for 10–15 minutes.
