It was Sabrina Ghayour who introduced me to the idea of pomegranate molasses with peppers, though I make my dressing rather differently. And the combination is sublime: the peppers soft and sweet; the pomegranate molasses rich, fragrant and sharp. And we have Claudia Roden to thank for dukkah (as we do for so many good things),
