It’s easy to make your own Italian-style sausage at home using ground pork, preferably freshly ground shoulder from the butcher. This version features lemony coriander, aniselike fennel seeds, and spicy chile flakes on a homemade pizza. You can also form the mixture into patties and fry them for a weekend brunch.
