Cinnamon-Sugar Churros

Churros are Mexican street food, often presented in a paper bag and served with a steaming cup of cinnamon-scented hot chocolate. While the use of the spice is prolific in Mexican cooking, so-called “Mexican cinnamon” in stores is more likely to be Ceylon cinnamon, which has been exported from Asia.
