Ingredients

  • cups dried couscous
  • 3 ½ cups chicken broth or water
  • Salt

Method

Put the couscous in a heat-proof bowl and pour over the boiling broth or water. Let sit for 5 minutes and then fluff the couscous with a fork while sprinkling with salt.
