You can put virtually any cooked mixture on one-half of a round of puff pastry fold over the pastry and press the two edges together. Don’t he tempted to put too much filling into each turnover, or it will leak out during baking.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups blueberries
  • ¼ cup water
  • ¼ cup

Method

In a saucepan, combine the blueberries, water, and granulated sugar over medium heat. Cover and simmer for about 4 minutes, or until the berries release all their liquid. Uncover and cook down over medium heat for about 15 minutes, or until the mixture thickens. Stir every minute or so to prevent sticking and burning. You should end up with about ½ <
