Deviled Crabby Patties

I admit that I don’t make these at the firehouse very often, but I do often order crab cakes when I’m eating out. Sometimes they’re excellent, and sometimes they’re just okay. I believe these are a lot better than okay. The Ritz crackers give the cakes a rich and unique flavor, but you can also use the same quantity of saltines or plain breadcrumbs.
