  • About

This sauce is about as simple and decadent as you can get. I tried it for the first time drizzled over a stack of garlic bread at a steak house, and I gobbled it up. The sauce is slightly greenish, so some people might not want to try it . . . all the more for you.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 6 ounces Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
  • 1 recipe <

Method

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the cream and Gorgonzola and stir gently until the cheese melts into a sauce, about 10 minutes. Remove it from the heat immediately and drizzle over the garlic bread, or serve it on the side and let people dip.
