This recipe was a big hit the first time I served it to my extended family. While I was creating the barbecue sauce with the help of my wife, Beth, I was thinking about my good friend and old roommate, Crandall, and how much he would have enjoyed finishing off the Jack and Coke that was left over from making this recipe. He hates to see things go to waste. Here’s to you.
