My Meatballs

I suspect that every Italian family on the planet has their own meatball recipe, so this is for all you non-Italians out there. Most Italian mothers and grandmothers fry their meatballs to a crispy perfection. I’m going to show you a way to make them without frying. They taste just as good but are quicker and easier to prepare. When Chief Bynum of Bn-33 saw me preparing them one day, he told me there were only three or four people whose meatballs he’d eat. Now he eats mine, too.
