Pecan Pie

Pecan pie is one of my favorite desserts. I don’t recall ever eating a piece I didn’t like. This is Damian Ricardella’s recipe and, I promise you, it’s amazing. Damian says it’s always a big hit around Thanksgiving. From the flaky crust, to the silky smooth custard, to the toasted pecans—for me, it’s a hit any time.
