John Sineno’s Famous No-Bake Rice Pudding

Every member of the FDNY who’s been on the job for any length of time knows John Sineno. When I asked him if he would allow me to use one of his recipes in my cookbook, he graciously said, “Whatever I can do to help you.” All the firemen I know love his rice pudding, so here it is.
