Kaley’s Kones

I once thought it would be fun to have a guacamole food truck. While talking about it with my brother, Christian, he gave me the idea that instead of serving ice cream cones, I should serve guacamole cones. I immediately went to my fridge, pulled out some corn tortillas, and began creating this new recipe. It became my new favorite thing to make for my family and friends. My friends began to call them “Kaley’s Kones.” I used this recipe to make Guac Kones, Taco Kones, Bacon
