These are a popular mildly chocolate and crumbly textured Swiss cookie. The streaks of chocolate not only dress up the cookies, but also add a bit more chocolate flavor.

Method

  1. Set racks in the upper and lower thirds of the oven and preheat to 375 degrees.
  2. Combine the flour and cocoa powder in a small bowl; stir well to mix.
  3. In the bowl of a standing electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, combine the butt
