These dainty shells are another popular Swiss cookie. They too are often piped in S shapes, but of course they may also be piped as straight sticks. Cinnamon is traditional to flavor these, but the same amount of another spice such as ginger or nutmeg would make an interesting variation. This dough works well in a cookie press.

Ingredients
