This is the easiest cookie filling. It is also delicious. Feel free to substitute either milk or white chocolate if you wish.

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces semisweet or bittersweet chocolate, melted and cooled

Method

  1. Make sure the chocolate is completely cool—to room temperature. Add the butter all at once, then stir and smash it in with a small rubber spatula.
  2. Use the filling immediately.
