Ingredients

  • 2 medium or 4 small ripe avocados
  • Small handful of fresh coriander/cilantro or parsley

Method

  1. Peel, pit and chop the avocados into small cubes and chop the fresh herbs.
  2. Next squeeze the juice from the limes over the avocado.
  3. Add the chopped herbs and a pinch of black pepper to taste and stir gently to mix.
  4. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed, then serve.
