2 medium or 4 small ripe avocados
Small handful of fresh coriander/cilantro or parsley
- Peel, pit and chop the avocados into small cubes and chop the fresh herbs.
- Next squeeze the juice from the limes over the avocado.
- Add the chopped herbs and a pinch of black pepper to taste and stir gently to mix.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed, then serve.
