  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 large brown onion
  • 1 large red onion
  • 2 x 400

Method

  1. Let’s prepare the ingredients.

    - Halve and deseed the red pepper.

    - Halve the brown onion. Slice one half and leave the other half whole.

    - Finely dice the red onion.

    - Finely chop the chives to serve (if using).

  2. To a blender/food processor, add the canned tomatoes, red pepper, brown onion half, Scotch bonnet, garlic and ginger
