“These crisps are one of the few ways I can get my son to eat kale and seeds. The trick is to make them super cheesy and umami rich. For a cheaper sauce you can omit the cashew nuts and use more sunflower seeds. We use a dehydrator to make raw kale crisps – but not many people have a dehydrator, so this recipe uses an oven.
