“These potatoes are delicious, and class participants always want seconds, so I know they’re good. My mum passed away when I was little so Dad took me and my sister to work a lot with him, so I grew up watching him cook these in restaurants in Scotland. They’re more an Anglo-Indian dish than a traditional Indian one, but they’re really tasty.”
