“I have an artisan raw cake and chocolate business and this is one of my most popular cakes, with both adults and children. It’s best made in the summer, with any fresh berries you can find. A version of this cake was presented to Sami Tamimi when MIH hosted him for a thank you dinner and he likened it to a plant-based semifreddo.
