“Ethiopia is known for its coffee but spiced tea is also a staple drink. This version is refreshing and warming on a cold London night after dinner. You can drink it with or without black tea according to whether you want caffeine or not. I drink this at home with my husband and kids but also with my family in Ethiopia. When at home there’s always a pot brewing and we serve it in tea glasses.”
