“This is a traditional Caribbean drink made during the festive season using the hibiscus flower to create a fruity yet spicy drink typically laced with white rum. I wanted a non-alcoholic version so created this low sugar cordial. Sorrel, pimento and cinnamon are packed with antioxidants, which have many therapeutic benefits. Dilute this cordial to taste.
