The classic Copenhagen hot dog is either a boiled or a grilled wiener sausage with a line on each side of ketchup, remoulade, mustard and fresh onion, all topped with cucumber pickle.

Ingredients

  • 8 good-quality sausages
  • 4 long white buns
  • 1 tbsp each of 4 different

Method

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Place the sausages on a baking tray and roast for 20 minutes, or until
