Lemongrass & Ginger

Spices and chocolate are a great combination; there are so many varieties available you need never run out of ideas. Be careful to follow the recipes carefully, particularly when weighing out the spices. As with all of our chocolates we add the spice as a subtle note, letting it season the ganache and encourage the flavours out of the chocolate.
