More decorations for your chocolate bars. I would ideally use Sicilian pistachios for this recipe – they are harder to get hold of and more expensive than the average variety, but the quality is well worth it in this case.

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F/Gas 6). Spread the pistachios out on a non-stick baking tray (sheet) and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes
