This has been one of our most recent creations – the buttery notes of the walnuts coated with a caramelized nougatine balanced against the dark chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 40 g ( oz/3 tbsp) unsalted butter

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F/Gas 6) and line a baking tray (sheet) with a non-stick baking mat.
