These are great fun to make – an ideal way to get your children into the kitchen and working with chocolate.
1 Use a pencil to draw fifteen 4.5cm (1¾ inch) diameter circles on some silicone (baking) paper. With a teaspoon, fill in each circle with the tempered chocolate.
2 Place lolly sticks into the chocolate discs and make sure they are well covered so that they will be secure.
