Ingredients: fine dark chocolate with crystallized pistachio, toasted sesame & cranberries; 200 g (7 oz) tempered fine dark (bittersweet) chocolate; fine dark chocolate with crystallized pistachio, toasted sesame & cranberries; Fine white chocolate with almond batons, freeze-dried raspberries & black sesame seeds; Fine white chocolate with almond batons, freeze-dried raspberries & black sesame seeds; 200 g (7 oz) tempered fine white chocolate; Fine white chocolate with almond batons, freeze-dried raspberries & black sesame seeds; 12 g (½ oz) roasted almond batons; 3 g (½ tsp) lightly toasted black sesame seeds; 3 g (½ tsp) freeze-dried raspberries; 16 g (½ oz) Crystallized Salted Pistachios; 3 g (½ tsp) lightly toasted white sesame seeds; fine milk chocolate with confit orange, crystallized pistachio & cocoa nibs; 20 g (½ oz) dried cranberries; 200 g (7 oz) tempered fine milk chocolate; fine milk chocolate with confit orange, crystallized pistachio & cocoa nibs; 3 g (½ tsp) cocoa nibs; 15 g (½ oz) Confit Orange, cut into 3cm (1 inch) strips
