Here, we have crystallized the almonds to add crunch and then rolled in the most fabulous gianduja to add another dimension to the normal roasted nuts.

Ingredients

  • 400 g (14 oz/2 cups) whole almonds (preferably Avola)
  • 125

Method

1 Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F/ Gas 6). Spread the almonds out on a non-stick baking tray (sheet) and lightly roast for 5-6 minutes
