Chocolate milkshakes remind me of childhood memories. I use dark (bittersweet) chocolate ice cream so it is gloriously decadent.

Ingredients

  • 280 ml (9½ fl oz/generous 1 cup) whole milk
  • 300

Method

  1. Put all of the ingredients in a stainless steel container or measuring jug and blitz with a handheld blender or whisk together by hand in a bowl (the ice cream would have to be fairly soft to be able to whisk by hand).
  2. Pour into tall glasses and serve immediately.
