Ingredients

Orange Crème Brûlée

  • 1 cup (250 mL / 8.4 fl oz) heavy cream (35 percent fat)

Method

Orange Crème Brûlée

Preheat the oven to 150°C (300°F).

Heat the cream, sugar, and orange zest in a saucepan until it starts to boil. Remove from the heat and let sit for 15 minutes to infuse the orange flavor.
