Ingredients

  • 2 cloves of garlic peeled and crushed
  • ½ teaspoon strong Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons double cream
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Uses

  • With curly endive (chicorée frisée) cos lettuce (romaine) Batavianendive (scarole). (different salads.)

Method

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl with a whisk. Season with a pinch of salt and a little pepper.
