Method

  1. Prepare the cauliflower by removing the leaves, thicker stalks and branches, leaving virtually just the florets. Divide them up and wash thoroughly in plenty of water.
  2. Dissolve the skimmed milk powder in the water in the stainless-steel pan and add the salt, pepper and nutmeg. Cook the cauliflower for about thirty minutes.
