  • 200 g (7 oz) strawberries or raspberries or blackcurrants

Method

  1. Dissolve the sugar substitute in the water. Bring to the boil in a saucepan and simmer, uncovered until the liquid becomes syrupy.
  2. Pulp the strawberries, raspberries or blackcurrants in the liquidiser. Strain the resulting purée through a conical strainer, pressing it with a small ladle to help it through.
  3. Mix the fruit purée with the syrup and lemon
