  • 1 medium or 2 small melons
  • 7 tablespoons water

Method

  1. Dissolve the sugar substitute in the water. Put the mixture in the saucepan and boil until it becomes syrupy. Remove the pan from the heat and put the syrup in a cool place to get cold.
  2. Cut the melons in half and scoop out the seeds and fibres.
