  • 300 g (11 oz) fresh hulled strawberries or raspberries
  • 15 cl

Method

  1. Dissolve the sugar substitute in the water. Put the mixture in a saucepan and boil until it becomes syrupy. Remove from the heat and put the syrup in a cool place to get cold.
  2. Choose very ripe and perfect strawberries or raspberries with a strong perfume. Put the five whole strawberries or ten raspberries in the refrigerator to chill, together with the ‘flutes’
