  1. Dissolve the milk powder and cocoa powder in a little of the water, then add the rest, whisking with a small wire whisk. Bring the mixture to the boil in the saucepan, and add the sugar substitute and the vanilla pod. Remove from the heat and put in a cool place to get cold.
