Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 240°C/475°F/Mark 9. Dissolve the skimmed milk powder and the sugar substitute thoroughly in the water. Bring this liquid to the boil together with the vanilla pod. Allow to cool.
  2. Peel, quarter and core the apples and cut into slices
