  • A variety of fresh fruit: pears, peaches, grapes, oranges, cherries, strawberries, raspberries, melon, redcurrants, etc., depending on what is in season

Method

  1. Put the wine in the saucepan and bring it to the boil; reduce it by half (to evaporate as much alcohol as possible). Add the water, sugar substitute and split vanilla pod, bring briefly to the boil, then cool and chill.
